RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, receive the watch.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Speed Watches of the decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

Following notification of withdrawal, the watch must be returned within 14 days. The direct cost of returning the watch is borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the watch beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, Speed Watches will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery. Any additional cost resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery offered will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and without additional fees. Speed Watches may withhold the refund until the returned watch has been received or the customer has provided evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

All pre-owned watches sold by Speed Watches to consumers are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. For pre-owned goods, the duration of this guarantee is agreed to be one year from delivery.

The legal guarantee covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, taking into account the used nature of the watch and its previous use. It does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, improper maintenance or other causes arising after delivery.

In the event of a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, the consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer law, including repair or replacement where applicable and, where the legal conditions are met, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.

These provisions do not affect any other mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
